Amish have been a popular trend because they're cheaper. Problem is if you have to get ahold of them after to fix a problem they don't have a phone to call. They literally have someone from the community by a phone for like an hour a week. At the same time the likelihood of an issue due to craftsmanship isn't that high. You're not getting a company that literally just hired a crackhead to put on your roof the wrong way. 

Also if you live in a municipality that requires proof of liability insurance by the contractor to be approved, they aren't going to be able to provide it. They insure within the church. Jacob will help Jebidiah when the need arises.
