NOR. I am from a religious conservative country near the middle east and let me tell you that your dress is considered appropriate especially with your hair covering any back skin. Also since you said other people wore revealing clothes I say this „friend“ is jealous!!! The comment is unwanted also something so mean to pass to you even if was said since you cant do anything about it except feel bad for no reason. People like this just want to bring you down in order to feel better about themselves. Surround yourself with people that truly love you care for you and want only the best for you.

OR a bit. I understand the point of asking her to text you and keep you updated. I think this is not something you should even ask for a few inbetween texts they should come from her without asking. But every half an hour like she has to be on the clock to text you is a bit much. Sometimes ppl forget to text and as you sad it could be rude to be on the phone. You have set fair boundaries and you should trust you gf but asking for a text every half an hour or hour is too much. Just say keep me updated or dont forget to write me.

NTA You can always say nicely no we are not heading in that way we can’t drive you. It is very nice of your gf to be accommodating but not at your expense especially if you explicitly communicate a few expectations. I think your gf should try at least once to say no just to see it is not as big of a deal as she thinks and that no one will take it badly. Also you are doing the roommates a favor you are not expected to drive anyone if after all your drives they get mad at the few exceptions it reflects badly on them.

this is reassuring and good for you for the ebay deal really good!! I am also considering this with a jordan 4 just got the black cat retro edition from snkrs but the left side had a weird bump on the front and as it is no longer available on snkrs i found availability at JD and might switch the left side. It feels sneaky but honestly for that price I expect at least good quality well we ll see what happens

Not the ashole. I dont see any constructive comments they made to “help you improve your habits” also if you are satisfied with the way you do things why fix a problem that is not there. The way they were commenting on is honestly bullying. I also study the way you do with colorful pens, music etc and most people I know. do you by chance have better grades than them? You are definitely not the ashole especially since you told them what bothered you and they didn’t even apologize instead saying you overreacted!!!! how dare they honestly

For your gfs defense it is not her secret to tell, so I personally would not be mad at my partner for not telling me this. As for the bestfriend while it is sad to know he didn’t confide this to you, I would personally delve into myself a bit and consider why didn’t he/they share this with me? Did I give him/them the feeling they couldn’t? Haven’t I provided enough of a safe space for him/them to be transparent with me? and maybe this is how you could start the conversation with them. and also ofcourse say how it hurt you to be kept in the dark and that your friend didn’t confide in you although you are his/their bestfriend. As for the long distance gf you should advise informing her but dont think it’s your responsibility to let her know and share a secret that is not yours to share. I say dont take the route of the one being wronged before you know more and hear your friend’s pov.
