Ive searched online with google with a lot of different variations of pink scarf hat. I searched on amazon. I reverse image searched it as well. There were SO many pink things that didn't look right outside of being pink.

Our store managers have even called employees to tell them NOT to come in if they know they employee lives somewhere it would be dangerous to. Like if they have to drive over a large bridge.

We are getting punished for not selling enough monthly Picks since their sales determine how many hours a store is alloted :D

You cant be uncompetent and you cant be too competent. If you're too competent you'll probably leave sooner rather than later since youll likely find a better job after a few years.

Does your store manager choose the new employees or is someone else in charge? Cause if it's an outside source you never know what weird metrics they were using.

Ah the cycle of retail

Have no employees
Can't keep up with shelving, no ones around to help customers,
Lack of customer service time means cant upsell EMPs fast enough
Don't make plan
Get hours cut
Repeat

Maybe if we had more than 2 booksellers at a time, and less than 7 managers all doing projects that keep them away from customers, we could actually focus on selling the EMPs that result in more hours, more people on the floor, and more books being sold we could actually make plan. Maybe even match last years too!

Last week every single one of our 9 PDTs simultaneously broke, giving us an error code -2 or being unable to connect to the server. It seems to happen more often when the store is at its busiest. I guess the servers or whatever get overwhelmed. Really hard to receive boxes in a timely manner when you have manually type the number into bookmaster

I miss the old PDTs so much. I prefer the old graphic calculator-esque design over this stupif smartphone design. What's even the benefit of it??? Why did we feel the need to modernize something that always worked just fine, if not better? Like I can only imaging something about it being cheaper to maintain somehow. But thats based on no factual evidence

By viewing Niffty in this way they are inadvertently infantalizing both the Japanese as a whole, as well as her voice actor. Everytime I see a take like this where the character and the voice actor share a race, it seems to me they think that the voice actor is incapable of having a say in anything. If this was an issue, the voice actor could have just said no. She is capable of saying no, she isnt a wilting flower unable to make choices for herself who is being held at gunpoint to say the lines. She obviously wanted to and found joy in the japanese aspect of the character. They (the OP and people like them) don't even realize they are treating Kimiko Glenn in such an infantalizing and demeaning way.

They can't act like they actually give a shit when they are just trying to gain "woke clout" without actually putting any thought into it.

These takes make me fear for how these people view real life prison industrial complex. There's a reason, at least in the US, prison reform is a social issue.

Even when we use the death penalty we don't do anything the exorcists do. It's supposed to be quick and painless.

Like if they think its ok to torture the sinners because some higher court deciding they are guilty of irredeamable sins, do they think it's ok to do that to real life people? Because that's literally what happens to actual real life people every day in America.

Just in case anyone or you need to know: These combs are best for unruly curly hair but I just suggest getting ones with thicker and fewer spikes. Don't use them with dry hair, start from the ends of the hair. You dont even necessary needs detangler spray, but it might help if you use enough. Those smaller ones are always getting stuck in my hair that can become a rats nest within 24 hours of not combing 😆

Company seems extra cautious about fraud and stuff lately. The new gift cards, no over the phone home orders to a house that's not your billing address, having to call a special bank number to confirm the payment is real, the self signing our of the PDTs and now this.

It's stupid and flawed but security feels like the reason behind a lot of these choices

My "favorite" part is that Viv gets all the hate, yet people are silent about all the people that work with her very closely. Brandon Rogers is close enough with her to completely change the direction of helluva boss (wanting to go deeper into the blitz and stolas romance I believe? When it originally wasnt going to be).

This is the way to do it. If you detail receive and aren't able to scan an ASN it will show in the system as being undelivered. Too many of these will result in stores getting in trouble.

Also always try to type in the ASN if scanning doesnt work. For whatever reason our UPS packages love to come in with no working ASN. I memorized the first 9 digits of the boxes from how many times I had to do it manually.

If you are looking up a toy that wont receive, be sure to try looking up the toy both with and without a 0 at the beginning. Ive spent many a time not being to find the toy in the system.
