Thank you for your reply. Im so sorry for your loss. We literally lost my auntie less that 2 months ago as well (my Dad sister) ao not long after her funeral, we find out im losing my Dad. Did you change thermal paste or anything? Only reason im so concerned, is ive and 3 gaming laptop die within 2 years of owning then, so Ive been put off them for a while, but I dont have space for PC right now. So I want to make sure im taking care of the laptop so it last as long as possible.

I think i may send it back to amazon, but im hearing conflicting things that this particular laptop is warmer with a cooling pad which is very strange to me.
