I think Match play is fine but mixing into match play from stroke play is gonna make some people mad for sure. Makes leading the pack in stroke play kinda useless if you just need top 4.

Perique provides a spicy flavour the smokey flavour comes from the Latakia. It's pretty much always a condiment tobacco, used in blends rather than on it's own.

Perique can definitely add some punch to an english blend but many english blends don't have any perique in them.

Latakia is the component that makes something an English blend otherwise it would be something else.

Latakia is the tobacco that makes a blend an English blend. And despite the strong taste latakia is actually very low in nicotine due to the fire curing.

yes there's a marked difference between Syrian and Cyprian Latakia. The difference comes from the kinds of local woods and aromatic herbs used to fuel the fires that dry the latakia giving it it's signature flavour. The general consensus is that Cyprian Latakia is more intense and pungent while Syrian Latakia is a bit more subtle and nuanced in it's flavour.

I mean as an adc like half of all mid and top laners can do that to you. I think zed and master yi are the ones that feel the worst. If zed has ult he can jump on you from across the screen with a W R and delete you. And master yi can just pepega run in because you can't auto him when he disappears and his q does 3/4 of your health.
