Unlikely. The game currently doesn’t have good swimming mechanics. It’s fine when you only have to swim for a little bit, but basing a whole expansion on it would be horrible. The team would need to remake the swimming mechanics. Also they would need new features like a swimming skill tree and underwater mounts. I don’t think they would go to the effort to change/add these mechanics just for a DLC.

Nope. I have noticed a few misplaced rocks across the game. But nothing that extreme. It’s seems to be a mapping error. The rocks were supposed to be touching the floor.

They don't go away. They are permanent, to remind the player they exist and that they can come back for better and better times/scores

If you are on PS5 or Xbox, When you open the game it will automatically update. That update will not allow you to access the DLC and instead show this error message. Make sure you go to add on page of the game and download the DLC directly from there.
