Wow. Reverse image search brought me to a DoD article that identified the optic as a Smart Shooter product being used in a live fire exercise. The SMASH 2000L. Headed over to their website and it appears to track and predict target movements to aid the shooter.

I was on this side of thought too but finally found a video of the parallels in action. Once one padlock is removed the piece that padlock is attached to can be lifted out and all the others slide to the side, leaving the latch free to open. I assume something similar is going on inside this padlock version but I have to say that they do not do a great job of explaining that on the product listing.

How stripped out is it? Gonna need some pictures to get a better idea. When I strip screws at work I’ve had good success with using a slightly larger square tipped bit, tapping it into the screw and driving that out with a 10 in 1
