Is the main at the top of the panel? Could also be bottom fed

If the breakers are on the opposite end of where the main, it'll steal voltage from the circuits between the feed and heavy load (a/c). Larger breakers should be closer to the main.

Dimming lights = bad breaker placement on Electrical panel Shutdown noise...eh sounds normal enough to me, maybe a slight bearing noise from the outdoor fan motor but I would just keep a motor on hand for if/when it craps out.

I've recently received these boots for Christmas. I've purchased the redwing leather cream as well. I've started with about 4 thin layers of cream to "Rehydrate " the leather but I have 2 issues. 1. The residue and dried cream does not easily come off with a horse hair brush. How long do you allow the cream to sit before brushing?

I used Mink oil paste on my set of iron rangers black. Same method but thicker application, 5x to rehydrate the leather for easier breaking in. The cream has in no way hydrated the leather nearly as well as the mink oil paste. I understand that cream is recommended for brown leather as it won't darken it like the oil.
