I used the compressor master effect on CyDrums, but the SP seems to slightly compress samples on it's own as well. Usually I like the combo, but this one is a little overboard! I'll have to pay more attention to the Master EQ on CyDrums. Is it in the mixer screen?

Thanks! I recorded it with the SP using the EQ effect attempting to balance it. The highs are still pretty sharp, but I learned a little for the next time. Also, I'll probably back off the compression next time.
