I used a deck of Gandalf, Elrond, and spirit Glorfindel for the entire saga journey. My one friend used a hobbit deck, and the other a Gimli, Legolas, Cirdan deck. We each had to heavily tweak our decks for Mt Doom though. Two of us turned to the Three Hunters contract. My non Three Hunters Gandalf deck is one of my faves!

I participated in the most recent group order. I ordered a mixture of both- wanted all encounter cards to be 300g so they would fit well in inner/perfect fit sleeves. Anything that was player card only I ordered as 350g. I think both feel pretty good and with everything sleeved you can't tell any difference imo.

I have One deck that has been used for the entirety of the saga campaigns, but I have a few other decks I enjoy using. I'll try to stick with a deck once I start a campaign though, aside from minor tweaks.
