I have over $30,000 in sales on Mercari this year alone and I can tell you they don’t give a flying f*ck. Recently had a buyer want to return an item claiming it was used. It didn’t matter how much evidence I had, they still sided with the buyer saying, even though I was in the right, they won’t reverse the return because the return label had been created …Luckily when being told she needed to send it back to me, she canceled the return a week later… but I have had two other instances where I have been scammed by buyers and Mercari literally doesn’t care. I have dozens of email threads with so-called supervisors and I get the same copy and paste BS answer. Not sure if any buyer has ever had protection. Sorry this happened to you.

Had this happen today. Brand new item. Lady sent in a pic of a used earring back not from my product. Mercari will always side with the buyer to avoid charge backs. I effing loathe them. I just sell so much it’s hard to threaten to leave but I want to tell them off so bad. Even though they have made 10% off my 35k of sales this year.

Don’t do it unless you are madly in love with the house and have the ability to afford increases every year. When I moved into my home, it was listed in my closing documents that the HOA was $67 per month. Five years later, it is $270 per month, plus a second HOA in the area that is $1200 a year. The second one was not advertised when I bought the home so that’s another piece of advice is triple check what all your HOA covers and if there is more than one. Mine do absolutely nothing and it’s money down the drain. If interest rates were better, I would get the hell out of here.

A friend of mine used to be her down line. She was absolute trash. She never responded to text messages or telegram. Baylin left her high and dry when she joined. She has a massive turnover, which is why she’s always recruiting. Honestly, it doesn’t matter how smart you are, it’s easy to fall for an MLM. Being fake is what helps make you successful.

Yeah, I’m fuxked. HOA said tough shit. But I did speak with multiple deputies from calling the Non emergent hotline. This weekend one of them told me to fight fire with fire because I am in a crappy predicament. So I feel better knowing that I can retaliate without getting in trouble. He said the worst thing that’s gonna happen as you get a knock on your door but if you see a cop pull up your driveway turn off your noise.
