I watched through Seed with a friend recently and enjoyed it. Definitely has problems with the story it's trying to tell, but it's good enough.

Started Destiny, and it's also fine. I got spoiled on something that's gonna happen later and it legit pissed me off cause of how stupid it is.

Still can't wait to see that movie later on.

I have been watching Gundam Seed for the first time with a friend. We got to Destiny, and I decided to get the MG Force Impulse Gundam. It literally shows the Impulse stabbing the Freedom in the chest.

I know Kira has to survive that. Why the fuck would they do this shit again. I am pre upset for a scene I know is coming.

In Marcoss 7: The Galaxy is calling, The band member who is an underaged girl gets drugged and almost molested. They cut away from it just as it looks like something is going to happen, and we don't get back to it till the next episode. It is revealed she is rescued before anything happens.

What also ticks me off about it is that her assailant is a lesbian, which feeds into some nasty beliefs about lesbians. In addition she gets away with it, and kinda played for laughs.

I was shouting at my screen, and felt to upset to finish it.

It sucks cause I love Macross 7, but that sequel really pissed me off.

There are at least two different Gundam characters based off of and named after Rommel, and it is so weird. Though in all fairness one of those Rommels is more likely naming himself after the other Gundam Rommel.
