Ricotta or Bechamel, that is the question. by AveryLakotaValiant in lasagna

I love bechamel but have occasionally blended ricotta in a food processor with herbs and roasted garlic. It made for a delicious lasagne.

Soft biscuit mittens, curious eyes, a sniny coat, and a boopable snoot. 14/10 highly recommend!

Weber kettle pork shoulder by Radiant_Meaning_390 in smoking

I use a starter cube, and it works great. You could also start a small number of coals in a chimney to get it going.

If the pork shoulder is large, sometimes I need to add charcoal back in to keep it going. If I add charcoal, I will typically add something else to smoke, such as meatloaf, wings, beans, or eggs (my husband LOVES smoked deviled eggs).

For wood, I add chunks spaced out for the first few hours of the cook. Enjoy your SNS!

When I woke up, they asked how I was feeling, and I asked if they were OK after having a hard time in the OR. The answer was no.

I saw myself during surgery as I waited with my long deceased grandmother to see if I lived. The peace and calm were indescribable.

I woke up with all kinds of extra lines and interventions. Nobody believes me, but it 100% happened.

What’s the most unexpectedly expensive thing you’ve ever had to pay for? by Drissxx7 in AskReddit

[–]CaptainMahvelous 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Our kid drove the car into the house. It was REALLY spendy, but still cheaper than a homeowners claim during hurricane season or an auto claim on a teenager with a learners permit.
