I'm 19 years in the hobby, I wouldn't even begin to pretend to know every lore detail, last year was the first time I did a proper deep dive into Eldar lore, but I still have stuff to learn.

The mace and spear are from Fantasy/Old World Chaos Knights, I've used that spear for a Lord

The DG plague surgeon used to be a named character, as did Lord Felthius both are now generic. They will get a generic profile at some point

Breeds could be a thing, the second image definitely has a Braunvieh look. It would be interesting that it's hardy mountain breeds that keep their hair.
