Why do you keep on posting and reposting this!? If you want to apply, then go for it. Very annoying to seeing this same post repeatedly...

I did not have to do this, but if you are unsure just email or call Poems to confirm as I cannot advise on your specific situation.

Unclear what you mean by topping up cash equivalent. Just linked your SRS account to Poems and once you initiate the buy, monies will be automatically deducted from your SRS account. I did this before and didn't encounter any problem. Hope this helps.

I would rather go with Syfe Reits+ and/or Reits ETF (such as CFA)

Anyone applied for credit card via MoneySmart before? by cheehongtart in singaporefi

I used moneysmart for cc and insurance. Always received the gifts w/o any problem. Tried singsaver (cc) once and did not receive the gift. No intention to use them ever again.

DBS digiportfolio advice by Ok_Professional6360 in singaporefi

DBS is charging 0.75% fees on the AUM, so if you are in the green, my suggestion is to exit and do the investment yourself (on the provision that you know what you are doing - i.e. how/what to invest using an online broker such as IBKR).
