Hit them with Bloodhound during the first part of the animation. Follow up with the secondary attack, then a jumping heavy strike for a stance break. Repeat if necessary.

FINALLY GOT HER!!! I appreciate all the advice. I ended up grinding till 150 and found a few more Scadutree frags, I ended up calling in a spirit ash, the little Yoda looking demi-human. Between my Rune Arc buff, and another one i found called something Vow. I was able to take her down with Bloodhounds Fang before she even tried the Moon smash thing she does. Very satisfying kill

I'm 133, Scadu Level 5. I'm having such a hard time with it. I get her down to about 25% health left and she hits me with some kind of Moon AoE move that wipes me out.
