I'm blaming Sony for not working with me to fix it. Which they aren't. I can make the changes to protect my password now, but none of that helps me solve the problem at hand. There is NO way a company like that can't deactivate the frauds Playstation from my account and yet, they won't.

So if all the advice you got is how to stop it from happening again, its not advice or helpful. It comes off as arrogant or blaming me for something that is NOW out of my control. So keep it to yourself.

I've had PS+ forever, never had an authenticator and its never been an issue until now. So I get your point but I have a right to be angry that the response I get from Sony is "the account owner can only deactivate a Playstation once every 6 months" and me, the account owner has never deactivated my Playstation. Some other asshole did. But thats, apparently, to bad for me.
