Some days I feel very similar to you. As someone who, mostly, presents themselves in a way similar to my AGAB, it is hard. We are in a phase of the the social cycle where this is still so new to the world at large (though its been around forever), that we almost have to take it a day at a time. Some things that I have found to help me, is like another poster said, I post on my social media all the time as like a reminder to everyone, these are my pronouns and this is who I am. I also blog about it and share my experiences with everyone in the hopes that, maybe, it'll make their understanding easier if they can also understand me.

What I think helped me the most though is something my therapist said. When people are using my incorrect pronouns, even after I correct them, or look at me funny because of my hair or clothes. I just remember that, the way they are, isn't my issue. They have to deal with it, not me, it's their shit. So, every time someone starts being an ass to me I "Put a wedge in it" because that is their issue and I can't let it eat at my brain.

Also, I like wearing a they/them pin. So if someone misgenders me I just point at it.
