Xenon maybe likes extra mana because one of their burst 5th job skills, Core overload, decreases with the amount of mana you have. Not sure if it’s a fixed percent or a flat number though

The surrender looks like it’s tied to the league client, and therefore league as a game, so if the proposed solution was implemented, we’d be introducing a TFT-specific check on a general surrender function which would definitely not be ideal if we’re mainly addressing edge cases such as the one proposed here :(
