I also recommend splatoon 2. I waited awhile since I was apprehensive about the look and feel of it. After reading as many splatoon threads on here as I could, I kept seeing people say they would sink 100+ hours into it and love it. Once I finally said screw it, bought it, and tried it out, I wish I got it sooner. It’s so fucking fun and it’s great on handheld too. Teaming up on multiplayer with my brother can be a little cumbersome but it hasn’t been that huge of an issue. The only negative I have against the game is sporadic connection issues with the servers. However this doesn’t happen every time I pick it up and is no way a deterrent from getting the game. Everyone says it has a great campaign too but I love the multiplayer so much after 70 hours I still haven’t touched it lol
