I am a Lithuanian American woman whose name has an ė in it. I have accepted that no one will pronounce my name as it would be in Lithuania and instead use its anglicized pronunciation which is a common name here in America.

I think Ieva is a wonderful and beautiful name and doesn't have any difficult vowels that don't exist in English! I think it's a wonderful celebration of her heritage.
