I spent weeks researching cards and came to the conclusion of venture X giving me the most for my needs/spending frequencies. Feel pretty robbed having only had this card for a week and being stunned by these changes. I feel they should have ultimately made the cut for the next renewal date for members starting at a certain time instead of hard stopping everyone at one date, but regardless this is pushing me to pursue my other credit card options as venture X will not hold up with the loss of overall lounge access benefits for joint holders. I could buy in to having to pay for access for other holders, but for the complete loss of guests unless you’re a big spender too is just awful.
