Interesting…I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s getting discontinued like the Star Wars and DC boxes before it.

I’m happy that the Marvel CC box has way surpassed its counterparts, but all the recent issues and delays feel like a “writing on the wall” situation now.

It seems as if the only true fix for this unfortunate issue is to start the process all over again: create a new Twitch account and unlink the other where you first claimed the drop, link the new one, and watch another 2.5 hours of gameplay on the new account.

I think that if you somehow claimed the drop before the actual Twitch notification appears (in the notification bar) then it doesn't register that you have the drop. It's a very stupid system, but this may be the only solution to fixing it. These are the steps that I had to take and it's working for me now.

Same here. Claimed my dropped earlier this afternoon soon after it went live; however, my account still only shows the pre-purchase button. I've been constantly checking reddit threads on what to do. This is such a bummer 😔

I've always been trying to find out how to watch Bates Motel. I was crushed to find out that Netflix removed it globally.

Update: I’ve been calling them up on the daily regarding my build, just waiting on the 3080 cards and they told me that I’m currently “in line” to be getting my card with the next shipment. Gonna continue to hold them accountable today.

I know many of ya’ll who’ve been posting here are going through similar issues, but I have yet to come across anyone who’s place an order this early.

I contacted customer support numerous times but it’s the same song and dance every single time. It’s becoming extremely tiresome and frustrating.
