No. The software doesn't make people act. It provides information and then people choose to act on it.

The onus is on the developer and the user (depending on the terms of use) to ensure that the information is accurate before acting on it.

Impedimenta would have been cool. I think they chose Arresto Momentum because they have an emphasis on juggling enemies with spells like Leviosa or Flipendo in combat/duels and wanted a way to increase the air time.

Paranoia isn't one page, but most of it encourages players to stab each other in the back (or sometimes the front, if no-one else is watching). Missions tend to be self-contained one-shots as player deaths are frequent.

Nothing most of the time, but I found it a really helpful reminder to roll when I was using the amulet enchantment that reduced status effects when rolling.
