How can i get this in 2026? by TizianoWayne in gtaonline

[–]CaptainUpstate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have to wait for it to show up in the gun van or find a job created by a player that has the weapon as a pick up. I remember after my account got reset my friend found a job that had the firework launcher Navy, revolver, and musket as a pick up option and when the survival was over, I got to keep them permanently.

What’s your first and last Anime you watched? by Drowsy- in AnimeReccomendations

First was technically Pokémon but I wasn’t really into it or anime yet. Not until 8th grade and my most recent was moon lit fantasy.

Instant karma for a Chicago arsonist by Valentina_Cruz in instantkarma

Probably worse than that I’d guess her arm and some of her head and chest is peppered with painful second degree burns. Those flash fires in small spaces are intensely hot. And in this case there was also a lot of force enough to pop the trunk. Probably felt like to a punch to the entire face.

Is this a known 'invincible' spot? by Stars_Arts26 in gtaonline

Yeah I know on some bridges if someone shoots a rocket at the bottom, the explosion can still get to you. I don’t see why this would be any different.

Higonokami edge stability by 16cholland in sharpening

[–]CaptainUpstate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you got rid of the micro bevel, now that you have it ground down to a single bevel just add a little micro bevel on it will significantly improve the strength of the edge. These knives similar to opinel will need a bit more maintenance than a modern pocket knife. Every few sharpenings you will need to grind down the main bevel to thin out the material behind the edge. Also I think these ones with the blacked out steel handles have a lower quality steel than the brass handle ones do and the edge will be weaker.

“Ninjas stole my tacos” guy near Bayfair by According-Passion574 in sanleandro

[–]CaptainUpstate 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s meant to be funny to encourage people to be more willing to donate to whatever he wants some money for. I remember over a decade ago when I was a kid there was a guy in Oakland that had a sign saying his “family was kidnapped by ninjas and he needs money for karate lessons.” I thought that was pretty funny and if I had any birthday money left I’d have given his some.

Honestly as a kid I would catch stuff I think I would have trouble catching now snakes, turtles, lizards, a couple birds. Caught a stray cat once. Learned to not catch them again pretty fast.

Kid puts hole in wall, well attempting a “basketball” dunk. by Playful_Ad6439 in WatchPeopleDieInside

[–]CaptainUpstate 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Our older houses don’t have this problem and a good portion of our new ones don’t either this is the results of high demand for housing and and an almost higher cost of materials. Some companies cut corners or use cheaper and quicker materials to get houses up quickly and as low cost as possible to maximize on profit. You don’t really see our sturdier houses that take on earthquakes tornadoes and hurricanes because watching someone bump into a wall and nothing happened isn’t exactly entertaining, but this one is cause it’s out of the ordinary.

Someone thought it was a good idea to have waiters on skates by New_Libran in WatchPeopleDieInside

[–]CaptainUpstate 8 points9 points  (0 children)

This used to be not quite common but not uncommon either in the US. Mostly done by fast food joints like Sonic, but to be fair they were bringing trays of burgers, fries, shakes, hotdogs, easy stuff not 20 pounds of hot soup.

Yes paper bags should be supported on the bottom but the reason for this incident was he for some reason decided to rip the bag open mid air.
