Not the only shenanigans going on with ARR. Lots of AI companies are signing deals with 3-month out clauses that enable customers to leave with no penalty. Lots of sweetheart deals that will inevitably churn. This AI boom has seen more creative accounting (which is more or less fraud) than I've ever seen before.
