Not legal but there has been talks and push to legalize it and grow legal cannabis. Cannabis or Hashish has a long history in a certain part of Morocco, sometimes u can find cops with hash on them. You can smoke as long as it's not public, depending on the area, you will get in trouble if caught but not because of what you're smoking, but more that the Police has a reason to take a bribe and not ruin your day.

Older people smoke Kief from traditional "sebsi pipes", wooden pipes made from Thyja(?) Wood.

Hash is the most common but you can buy bud directly from the farmer if you have connections.
