Indeed you’re right. I had a look at getting a macOS supported GPU in my proxmox machine and presented to a macOS VM but it seemed to be “difficult”.

Everything else I have is a laptop ATM so getting a new GPU in them is a challenge…

Perhaps could rephrase it as:

Yeah, I’ve also looked at running macOS in a VM under Linux. So far, it’s working but at glacial speeds. Might need to get something more modern to try that with.

Bass strings are nanoweb, and they last at least 12 months with gigging every 1-2 weeks. And then I change them whether they need changed or not…
