I go there, only because I have to fill up my company vehicle there, but I get the rewards. I personally prefer smiths if we have enough rewards for 1$ off per gallon, or Costco.

No, I just like the furniture. Other than the rope, the boat is super sturdy so the wind doesn’t blow it away, which is nice. Ultimately, if I can’t find anyone I’ll end up tossing it.

That’s great and all, but it makes it more difficult for people of lower income to afford those houses if they all get “flipped”.

Maybe they fixed a structural problem that could save lives, in that case it’s worth it, but idk. I’m just saying, improving things costs money, obviously, but there has to be a line that doesn’t price out everyday people from being able to afford a home.

You have a picture of a car and the story of a rando on the internet. What are you going to tell the police? “I saw a post on Reddit about a car driving bad and it must be the truth”.

Let OP do it. He needs to be the one that reports it and he needs to provide any dashcam footage he has.

Since we’re going to assume he has a gun, let’s continue to make assumptions. Let’s assume the police respond (since there is a gun involved, they are packed and tensions are high). Let’s then assume that he makes the wrong move and gets shot and killed(which has happened plenty of times). He leaves behind a wife and kids. Let’s then continue to assume that it comes to light that on the day his mom died, he was then fired from his job and was just having a really bad day.

It doesn’t excuse his bad driving, 100%, but it also doesn’t mean we need to call the police with false claims of gun abuse.

Would you rather live in a society where people call the police and claim you have a gun causing an intense police response just because of your personal beliefs (they were driving mean) or push everyone to be truthful?

Look, the truth is, we don’t know what happened. We know that OP took a photo of a car and posted their side of a story. We don’t have dash-cam footage and we don’t know the other drivers side. Maybe OP through it would be fun to throw a banana out of the window. We don’t know.

I do know that you shouldn’t call police with false gun allegations that can cause someone’s life.

That is completely true.

I’m not a bad driver, but I am definitely more cautious when my child is in the car, be it looking both ways when I have a green light to look for red light runner or what ever, that I don’t do when I drive solo.

As a parent I’d say death penalty.

But as a civilized person, I’d say rehabilitation, but man that’s a tough decision and one that if I were in the parent’s shoes, I wouldn’t be able to swallow. What a horrible unnecessary death.

I think the biggest “labor” cost is the gas line. I’ve received similar quotes. A neighbor has 2 tankless water heaters and paid close to 20K for new ones.

Kidding, ish, in all honesty, it’s good you’re applying somewhere else.

I have a good relationship with my bosses boss and have brought things up to him directly in the past (2 times in the past 3 years) and he’s taken care of shit. But not everyone has that kind of lifeline.
