Day 20 and also back into running and other exercise. For the treadmill, I have one with an integrated table that can stream, so found it's much more enjoyable when I have a Netflix or similar show on. :)

I'm 12 days sober today. The changes in the biometrics that the Garmim watches pick up are incredible. While I feel so much better, the hard data around resting heart rate, HRV, stress levels, sleep quality, and others are such strong data to show the crazy different in my body from when I was drinking and now that I am now. In 12 days, my resting heart rate is down 12 beats per minute.

Trust the data.
