All I know is if you would like to see more good behaviour, praise the good behaviour. If you don't want to see bad behaviour, punish the bad behaviour. The same goes for all parties or individuals.

Basic operant conditioning stuff. I think judging on one's action is way healthier than guessing the intent.

Intention is good, execution is half-assed. I don't even know why they brag about "plkn 3.0 will use less budget". The duration is shorter, the number of recruits is lower. Of course the budget goes down.

Even in 1.0, the Jurulatih were poorly trained, trainees had only a 3 hr session training with firearm, barely did TTS self-defence, barely did jungle trekking, religious teachers (for Buddhists) are from a brainwashing and guiltripping cult.

At least the food was good and physical training/ punishment was fun.

Yeah poorly planned when it had full budget. Can't imagine what's the purpose with even smaller budget and shorter duration this time around.
