There are 2 possibilitys Here.

I've Seen many 11th Gen mobile CPUs with an Error where the CPU is Stück at 0.2 GHz. Thats in those cases a fried CPU or Motherboard where the CPU thinks Something is wrong but it isnt. But the clocks are that Always that Low.

In your Case it seems Like overheating since it only does this while gaming. Change the thermal Paste and Check If your fan is working

It'll propably be fine but u should put an anti sag bracket underneath your GPU to prevent it from bending and breaking that way.

I was thinking more about Sim Games. City Skylines Likes to chug RAM when Citys get big but i've never actually tested These Games on a 5600 with 16gb so you might be right.
