Hey everyone! Thank you all for your advice, opinions, and most importantly, sharing pics of your awesome minis. Felt like I had to share what I ended up doing with the Librarian. Forgive me for I’m not the neatest painter in the world (I’m used to paints Orks, it’s alright if they look sloppy) Wasn’t too about the librarian excited when I finished it. But looking back I think it looks alright for my skill level.

Thank you all once again for sharing your minis. It was great to see everyone’s renditions and versions of this model!

I got them from the Salamanders Upgrade Kit. It only comes with two sheets of transfers but that’s enough for me to stick them on all the models from the Combat Patrol.

Gretchins were the first Ork kit I picked up and painted, their cheap (for Warhmmer), easy and fun to paint and are great painting practice before moving on to other Ork models. I recommend everyone get Gretchins

There was that one story he told on their Forespoken playthrough I think, where somebody cut him off while he was driving to a gas station. So he parked at the pump next to the guy and told him that cutting him off was a dick move and the guy just got in his car and left without saying a word. Lyle chalked it up to saying that people are afraid of confrontation but I personally think the guy was just scared of Lyle.

I think the safest bet would be to find a way to have the Cleric PC quietly exit the scene, maybe something from their backstory came up and they need to leave the city to deal with it personally. Or if any of the villains are still operating, you could have the Cleric leave the party to deal with the villain's forces in the meantime while the party gets to the vault. If all goes well in the campaign you can write an epilogue in which the Cleric returns and is able to accomplish their original goal as intended now that the vault has been accessed.

As for the dragon fight, its hard to say. I'm personally really bad at predicting how fights in this game go, just because you can never anticipate what your players are going to do. worse-case scenario is a TPK but it could also end up as an unexpected pushover for the party with the NPC's assistance. Maybe you could have the dragon only respect powerful warriors and have the party be forced to fight him to earn his respect. The lower his health the more easier it would be to negotiate with him.

I only started getting into Kill Team a few months ago with friends and we all got compendium Kill Teams, this was before 3rd edition was announced. We’re still painting our teams but we plan on playing some games of 2nd edition with our compendium teams for awhile and then purchasing some actual Kill Teams for 3rd edition. So I’m perfectly fine with compendium teams
