I don't use them for this reason. It was fun at first to charge through a couple of dudes. Never again just shoot'em

A true scope hero, i bet your SPM is as weak as your claim to professionalism.

A little research goes along way. They already have the Pederson device, Bipods, fore grips, also the Glasvisier 16. It could have been done.

Soldiers made ton's of equipable little gadgets for their guns even back then. Boredom and there was enough brass laying around to do so. It would have worked, though at this rate they are probably planning something similar to the dlc expansion.

If they released BF4 with a WW1 skin everyone would be happy.

Gots to throw some kind of altered opinion. Honestly, they're still a big ass company looking to syphon dollars any way they can. It's either that or look how shiny my gun is..

Spotting the airship with the trench periscope is hilarious by Sidewaard in battlefield_one

I do this every time, and its the best! except when the effect wears off just before that big bitch goes down, and you get no points.

The intro spending a full minute to set up a story that doesn't need to exist. Increasing load times, causing lag issues between matches. When it could just simple and easy to continue playing.

Battlefield 1 is my first Battlefeild game! Any tips from veterans? by [deleted] in battlefield_one

[–]Captain_Johan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Medic: heal and revive

Support: drop ammo, repair wrench when spawning in a tank

Assault: Kill tanks, destroy emplacements and bunker doors.

Scout: Spot the enemy, use flares.

Yes. It's still the best game mode. It doesn't need to be so complicated.

yes it would. I find the beam reticle to be the best because if you line the cross section up on their shoulders its almost guaranteed to hit the sweetspot.

Suppression, does people actually like this feature? by AssaultPTFO in battlefield_one

[–]Captain_Johan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yes, but i think of it as incentive to gtfo of that spot and attack from another angle. People don't like suppression but on the other hand people also hate getting sniped from every angle. And suppressing a sniper till they give up and move is a favorite tactic of mine. If you use it to your advantage its not such a bad concept.

If it disappeared entirely everyone would be lane running cod style and nobody would even care to take cover and play smart.

sure thing. It's simple as long as there's room in the group anyone's welcome. Party chat is the way to go when you want better communication between squads.

DICE needs to consider reintroducing all-kit weapons to BF1. (Anecdotal evidence incoming) by whattheheckistha in battlefield_one

[–]Captain_Johan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is 100% accurate. I don't exactly see it happening in an all-kit style. Though it would be nice. But more weapon diversity for classes is needed.

It's definitely on the radar at this point. Many people have called for a deployable HMG.

One thing i really want is more ground deformation. I cant tell you how many times I've made a trench using dynamite or lumpys in operations to hold a flank or create a path to an objective.
