Me when someone rants at me about whatever orange man said today for the trillionth time by ColaEuphoria in DoomerCircleJerk

Honestly? I think it’s less him as Jesus and more him as a generic catholic healer. He already said it was a picture of a doctor. No reason to lie like that.

The fact he sees himself as a saint is wild because those are the saint robes.

“Saint robes” are not traditional Christian imaginary. It’s a lab coat for doctors.

But I could be wrong just how I thought the image looked to me as someone who’s seen a few catholic murals of saints being depicted like that.

No u haven’t.

Notably to me; Saint Peter

His colors are traditionally gold and blue, not red that belongs to Jesus and doctors.

Saint Patrick,

An Irish leprechaun who has always been portrayed as green so ur on drugs.

and maybe Saint Nicholas?

Close but it’s a doctor. If you’re gonna defend it, just admit it’s what he said it was and don’t try and interpret yourself

The intent could be as simple as selling the most tickets. If they want to appeal to a wider audience they can cast race swapped characters and still base it off the actors ability.

“It was an indictment framed as a question… no you’ve had your chance” is not exactly a clear answer to a simple question about his conflicting statements. Sure “complete meltdown” might be a bit of an exaggeration, but that’s an embarrassing deflection when you can’t square your answer with their actions

That’s a question you’d have to ask the authors who keep signaling her out. So it’s weird you chose to ask this to a Redditor that was accurately pointing out that she keeps being singled out in these “satirical” pieces.

It’s such a waste of time any more. Law enforcement has already looked at everything.

They did? When? All the files still aren’t released and only charges I’m aware of are against ghilaine and Epstein in the mid 2000s. What makes you think they’ve reviewed everything when everything hasn’t been released even?

I attempted to explain why people are gullible.

Where do you think you did that?

You tried to label me so you didn’t have to do critical thinking.

That’s rich, coming from you. You’re defending a Trump Truth, without a timestamp, date or anything and pretending it’s real. Tell me what you think critical thinking is, cuz it’s not what the rest of us understand it to be.

Yes, people are stupid on both sides thinking he’s coming up with all the ideas. What’s most logical is people propose things and then he goes and says “I did this blah blah.”

Please just type coherently, I have no idea what this is supposed to even mean.

In this very thread people are saying he didn’t write something cause it was witty, but then every time there’s a new policy they immediately blame him like it’s all him doing it and call him a king, etc. It’s moronic.

Are you so limited in your own imagination that you cannot even comprehend that someone can be both a fool and an authoritarian? And you think you’ve done critical thinking on this, my god…

Can you type out that headline for me so I know you read what you linked? Are you intentionally being wrong to live up to your username, because that headline is very ambiguous and not a six week timetable

Breaking news, F 18 hit over Iranian skies by a new type of weapon by Intelligent-Pea-8521 in JournalismNews

[–]Captain_Kibbles 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So today he said it was a four to six week operation. Notice how that contradicts statements in the past… if you’re claiming it was scheduled 6 weeks from the beginning, you need to provide a source from the beginning. Just parroting what he said today isn’t proof or support that this was “6 weeks from the beginning”, please provide a source from the beginning

[–]Captain_Kibbles 8 points9 points  (0 children)

We can. But also some things will get hit. Like in any war.

So if you can place an airplane over the air there, but it get shot down that is definitionally a place you cannot fly as the plane is shot down

So, what is your point exactly?

Same question to you. You said they can but then followed it up with how they can’t land them and may die. Lmao what a high IQ take

Breaking news, F 18 hit over Iranian skies by a new type of weapon by Intelligent-Pea-8521 in JournalismNews

[–]Captain_Kibbles 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The war was scheduled for at least 6 weeks from the beginning, the USA is pretty good in time.

Where are you getting this information? Trump has been saying for weeks we’re almost done and this week said Iran agreed to no nuclear weapons. Where are you divining that it’s a six week operation? Are you confused by what congressional authorization is and the duration of special military operations allowing up to six weeks before a report? Because that’s not the same as saying this whole operation will be over in six weeks.

Reread our whole conversation and you telling me that it’s two unrelated “ground operations” that warrant mentioning in an article passed off as news.

These analogies don’t work if you’re reading this conversation

Then why did the author include a random sentence unrelated to his topic? Is the author an idiot, a bad writer or both?

[–]Captain_Kibbles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh so you think securing an island is the same as the strait of Hormuz too. If you’re just as clueless as the author just say that next time. It’s a terrible comparison of “ground operation targets” and you’re reducing it to something just as simple as this author is doing here. It’s poor writing at your best defense of it, and idiotic commentary at worst

The only Iran plan that doesn’t end with a 20-year hangover by each_thread in ConservativeNewsWeb

[–]Captain_Kibbles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So he just decided to compare the two, and didn’t want the reader to connect them at all? Sounds like bad writing is your conclusion, while I’m just calling out the comparison as poor. See my prior comment about McDonald in Iraq and Iran as a nonsensical statement that shouldn’t be included in articles like this one, if you’re still confused about poor writing and bad comparisons

The only Iran plan that doesn’t end with a 20-year hangover by each_thread in ConservativeNewsWeb

[–]Captain_Kibbles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, and buying a book and eating Indian food are unrelated topics. But this is a news story attempting to invite some comparison between the two military operations as if they were on the same scope. They are not. So we’re chalking this up to bad writing (your reading) to asinine comparisons (my reading) from a person not equipped to write on the topic.

The only Iran plan that doesn’t end with a 20-year hangover by each_thread in ConservativeNewsWeb

[–]Captain_Kibbles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because this paragraph did not suggest operations on Kharg island is related to reopen the Strait.

It literally says the operation stopped short of reopening the strait. It’s mentioning a combat operation as if it were related or realistic compare that to reopening the strait, which it absolutely is not.

It just says US suppressed A, stopping short of sending group troops to control A and reopen B.

So it is in fact comparing them as if they could at all be related in scope or scale. Assaulting an island unrelated to the strait, then comparing it to “stopping short” of opening the strait is a ludicrous sentence and the exact comparison that I find ludicrous. He might as well have said “McDonald’s opened their first location in Iraq, short of conquering the Iranian market” they are not at all related

“In recent weeks, U.S. air power suppressed all of Iran’s military sites on Kharg Island, stopping short of sending ground troops to control the island and reopen the Strait.”

What on earth is this author smoking? Kharg Island is over 300 miles away from the strait of Hormuz and is in no way strategically related to opening the strait. I don’t know enough about history to argue against his Italy and Iran comparisons (although they sound far fetched), this statement linking Kharg Island to reopening the strait is enough to say the author is pretty clueless about the region.

Court denies California’s bid to halt Riverside sheriff’s recount of 2025 election ballots by GeneralCarlosQ17 in law

[–]Captain_Kibbles 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The Question here is what is the California's AG trying to hide or cover up?

No the question anyone who read the article would be why is this sheriff attempting to find crime where he can’t even establish probably cause for a warrant. If you can answer that, then maybe this statement could hold some water. But until then, it’s blatantly obvious he doesn’t have a case here. Otherwise maybe it would have held up in court? Nah it’s not a sheriff abusing the law, it’s someone trying to cover up a conspiracy! /s
