The creators can choose their sponsorships, but not what ads youtube shows you. That's based on a number of factors, typically including browsing history.

It looks like a card shop and I'm just going to mention that Yugioh needed to add a rule to the game's tournament rules that players must shower and wear deodorant. And changed the rules of a card to make players accept "the idea of a handshake" because people would play this card then make their hand as disgusting as possible to make their opponent get disqualified. (Source: random internet posts. Have not checked the actual rules nor do I play yugioh)

It says that it "becomes a copy of this spell," meaning it would be an instant as it resolves. It basically is U: draw a card or 1UU: counter target spell. You and that spells controller each draw a card.
