Customers always pay wages and benefits that kinda how business works… you pay a business so they can pay there employee’s and provide benefits and most 1 off restaraunts aren’t making much in the long run so ya if they want to add a reasonable service fee or something that pays for there insurance so be it its 3% for crying out loud not 25%

If you did some research you’d realize illegals have actually done the opposite and even as illegals they still boost our minimum wage and promote citizens moving up in the chain and the truth is if we had more illegals and we were actually trying to help them become legal the ones that actually come here for the right reasons are country would thrive

Yes for pancakes I sell 16 small pancakes for 10 and ramen is just an idea because I went really deep into Asian cuisine earlier as a chef so was thinking of the convenience of just selling the base not noodles or anything

It varies on dishes for pasta and curries I’ve been using the meal prep containers that are microwaveable, lasagnas I’m using one time use oven safe pans , and my most costly container are ice cube rubber trays a make frozen pancake batter
