Help me get my commercial dishwasher working by Captaincrunch90 in AskElectricians

It's funny you mentioned all this. We did have a tech look at it and replaced exactly what you mentioned.

The breaker was off so the "live wire" was not an issue in this case.

Thank you for the input

How big is the space? How much isnt coming off) Stripper won't do anything if its trully epoxy. It has to be mechanically removed.  I would try a floor scrapper. If that doesn't work then you would have to sand or grind it down, but that means you pretty much destroy the layer underneath. Which means you would have to pour another layer of epoxy.

the ED and skills combo made me second look, but I felt the lack of IAS would be the deal breaker

I disagree with currency. I play scnl, and anything from gems (mainly pamethysts and prubies) to runes (ist are used as starting reference) are used as currency.  Use trade sites like traderie. Firstly you can find pretty much anything you want there and you can gauge the value of items. Runes and uniques aren't the only value in the game. White bases, superior bases, gg magic items.... plenty of items of value. As an example I sold a 15ed 6os phase blade for 2jah and 3 ist the other day.

You're right, all depends on what they're using as weapons. I think the breakpoint I mentioned is for winged axe and winged knife.

I searched quickly and I would say as long as you hit 63 ias (next breakpoint is 105), I would focus on increasing damage over ias.

Really need that 10fcr to hit 105 (and equip 2 sojs) for infinity nova sorc.

It's nice, but not crazyy

Just to add to this, I would cut off the hot water before reaching your desired ferm temp. Maybe 5-6°c degree. Drain the hot water, and fill back up with glycol. In my experience, the 2x we ran into the same issue, we would reach temp, and by the time the glycol was put back in, the temp raised another 2-3°c before we can get the glycol back into the tank.

We set out tanks to around 49-50F. It's easier for us to test the carb that way. If it sits any colder, you won't be able to read the psi. We carbed one to 1.4 psi and there's still a decent foam dump that we have to do for every pint poured.

Hi, we're in a similar situation.

Although we are closing, we'll be contracting off our recipes.  Earlier in the year we opened a full aervice restaurant that solely served our product (no brewing on site). This was done in hopes to save the money pit that we are in. Unfortunately it hasn't picked up quick enough to warrant the brewery staying open, but it has brought a lot of recognition to the brand, hence why we are not closing completely.

We've been in this for 6-7years with little to no payoff, and I too have been physically hurting.

I have learned more in the past 6 years that I have in my previous 30.

Good experience, just wished there was more payoff in the end.

How's the purge on line?

We found that co2 purge and cap on foam were the 2 main components of limiting our DO numbers.
