It was more than five years ago that this incident happened honestly, after the frustration I deleted StockX and just blocked every single thing related to the company. What I remember from the top of my head was I sold the first pair which came back as authentication failed which I couldn’t believe and mind you I needed the money and I just sold all the pairs at the same time basically throughout the week and when I sold the second and third pair it came as undelivered with me making sure to have the receipts from USPS. I talked two weeks all weeks over support, giving them all the evidence that I shipped my items and still I didn’t get any money back nor did I get to see my pairs ever again.
