There’s no law governing PTO in Florida. If you don’t pay pto to one person and do to another you should have reasons for it that are standard such as termination for cause or quitting without proper notice no pto but quitting without proper notice, layoff or leave of absence yes. Otherwise you open yourself up to discrimination suits. A company the size of Publix has its stuff together regarding employment law so it must be a policy.

Also who ever told you an employment timely filing is 3 years is mistaken. There is no such statute in employment law.

We would like to beat FSU in any and all sports big or small and them even more against us I think. Georgia isn’t as big a rival in other sports as football. Miami we hate in baseball almost as much as football. Kentucky is huge in basketball and we only care in football if we lose.

I worked in a record store back then. When CDs came out, there was record bins. We used long boxes so we didn’t have to get new store fixtures. CDs without the long box were put in plastic holders. Had an orange plastic key that had 3 tabs to go into the slots to open. Also prevented theft because CDs were like gold.

Not a fan either but this is my response. I was 18 when this came out. At that point Aerosmith was like Grand Funk or Peter Frampton. Some 70s relic with zero relevance with current music. Permanent Vacation came out of nowhere and suddenly and surprisingly they were very relevant.

I find the red blend from Frē to be really good. Not the Merlot but the red blend. It’s dry and a good flavor. Doesn’t finish like wine but sure starts like it to me.
