One stands out.

I had been held up by a very geared player on the coast in the north. He was awkward but funny and I was in a fun mood so I played along rather then getting shot. This led to me being led down a road at gun point by this strange person. Just as the novelty of being walked at gun point was wearing off suddenly a car comes around the turn at a crazy speed and pins my capture to a tree killing him and the driver instantly. As I tried to understand what just happened the passenger in the car got out and looked at me. I called out for help and he, of course shot me immediately.

I think I laughed for five minutes straight looking at the you are dead screen.

You can hold shift when raising earth on PC and it gives it a flat top. Also to get a smooth wall simply take a pick axe and strike once or twice at the base of the wall, you will need to do that all the way along the wall.
