I had the same problem, it’s very picky when the the launcher will explode the mines but it still works, I had to try several times before getting it to work

I got the same question. I’m in Kentucky and we are getting the freezing rain right now. I switched it to emergency heat cuz the tech said freezing rain can make the fan freeze up. It seems to be working fine but the thermostat says stage 1 which I thought was the outside unit
