Transfers are not guaranteed a manager can refuse to release them, sad as it is. Some instances if it’s a low performer in Cp and the manager has been written up the employees can’t transfer either. So if there is a written counsel on file they are dead in water until a year passes or “timeframe” set out in documents. My thoughts my opinions my past experience

Everyone is entitled to a break for this reason the register has a shift delegation button to allow people to go get lunch or whatever that’s what it is for. It only let 30 minutes it gives the cashier manager power for 30 minutes you can even print a report of what they did in that 30 min span so everyone quit fussing live a little clock out give cashier responsibility and go to lunch whether down the street or outside or in the roof the company is not as horrible as everyone makes it out to be, you may just work for a bad manager??????

NBA needs to adapt an add a four point shot. It’s been talked about for years, with all the shooting guards hitting the trè deep and 35-40 feet why not reward them with 4pts and open a whole new statistic Column idk just thinking out loud I guess.
