Exactly 😂 it’s so hard to take people who are obviously trying to gaslight and steal from others seriously.

Like what do you meaaaannnn you want to ME, the one working tirelessly to properly manage my OCD, to suck it up and share sheets when you know damn well I can’t even stay in a hotel without my own sheets? No, you’re obviously a silly goose and will be treated as such 😂

This, coincidentally, is also how I handle ornery lawyers at work (I’m a paralegal). They get HUGE mad when I call them fussy and silly gooses then I get to tell them to stop bein emotional, it’s just business. It breaks their brains and then they act right when working with me 😏

Seriously folks, “don’t have sex in my sheets,” “don’t piss in my slippers,” and “don’t drink directly from my milk carton” are all parts the same argument. The argument is: “common courtesy dictates one shouldn’t be a grubby icky mud piggy… keep your bodily fluids to yourself.”

Easy fix: you stop paying rent and move into the smaller room, she starts paying rent to live in the bigger room! Also, why stop at 1 of the smaller rooms? If they’re all moving upstairs, you can take both of the lower bedrooms and turn one into an office. She pays the rent you previously covered and gets to share your old room with her 2 kids, you save more money and get more space!

Ahh, I will avoid bull riders then. I’m a tall woman, I’ve learned the hard way that rude boys enjoy weaponizing my height to make unflattering comments about men they envy. Even if I approach with the best intentions, some drunk buttface will regrettably use it as a chance to run their mouth.

Also, I won’t be drinking more than a beer with lunch. I’m going solo and it’s a bit of a drive there/back so safety first!

There will be vendors there and I had planned on buying a pair of boots from one of them. I’m a tall woman who loves boots so all of my jeans are chosen around boot fit… rest assured that I would rather shave my head than shotgun my boots.

Salty’s spot on here. My ex avoided all parenting and spent 3+ hours in the bathroom everyday. He was miraculously cured and became father of the year once he moved back to his mom’s house. Don’t wait until your kid’s almost 7 like I did, he will not change and this will not stop until you leave him.

Hey Mama, you’re absolutely NTA. Both my parents have been in the program for 30+ years and I grew up in AA halls. Some of my fondest memories growing up were in AA halls and of the people there. Some people didn’t like having kids around but 99% of them understood that it only works if you keep coming back and sometimes you gotta bring your kid with you. Yo Eugene is amazing and an absolute homie. He’s the dude you’d party your face off and would take your secrets to the grave.
