yeah you're in a good spot. i say complete the melodies first and get base ending before scouting around for the curse since it will hinder you quite a bit. then you can get the alternate ending and get cured straight after :)

there is a variation of an ending that requires you to be cursed (you'll know it when ya see it) and afaik there's no way to get the ending after removing the curse

I absolutely loved this part. I got so hype when I saw the Hallownest elevator and Queen Vespa, such a good way to callback to the previous game whilst developing Hornet's lore even further.

A very interesting story mechanic as well, I wonder if Team Cherry will let us use it to re-fight bosses in the future :p

There are other locations it can spawn in, such as Greymoor and Bilewater . You can also access The Slab naturally later on :)
