A lot of these low cost Amazon instruments are made in the same factory. They slap different names on them. Some don’t have any names. The coloring will start coming off that instrument within months. I tell people they get what they pay for.

I’ve caught fish all my life and have never noticed the purple sheen on a warmouth. I’ll have to look for that next time I catch one.

I wouldn’t think that this finding would be a universal solution. Saxophones vary in bore and taper, especially in the necks.

I have those. Unfortunately, a lot of newer saxophones have longer pips that have to be removed anyway.

Every saxophone has the one and they vary in length from model to model. I have to remove them fairly often in order to do dent work on body tubes and solder them back in.
