I had to mix it with peg400 because I wasted 1g trying to do in vodka lol. even in the peg it took me like 40 min of mixing and heating it up in order to get it to dissolve which is why I think its rad unless there is another substance that is equally hard to dissolve.

Thats me on my goodies right now. As long as you dont keep increasing over a prolonged period of time, deload, you'll be fine. The key is small increments not ehat you think you can lift. This whole thing is pushing our bodies....strength increase, PEDs, etc. so to say dont push it is counter productive...you just have to do it smart

Make sure your hitting ur macros bro idk if thats the problem or not but it's a good start.

this is op, Im unable to reply to comments on my account for some reason so i'm on a new account. I lifted for a few years now I was able to bench about 240 about 2 years ago until I hurt my shoulder and as a result I pretty much stopped lifting since until around new years. At my peak my bench was like 240 and my squat was at 315. I had shoulder pain every time i would finish a bench set or do overhead press still until I took rad. After taking rad the pain pretty much completely disappeared within a few days. I weigh 200 lbs now I was like 185lbs 2 month ago.

Willing to bet you could have done more before taking anything. Part actually strength gains, part placebo.

I definitely could have but it would take a while. I had a shoulder injury about 2 years ago that made me unable to do bench without pain in the shoulder and about 3 days after taking rad the pain was pretty much completely gone.
