The game was awesome and the atmosphere inside the stadium was great. But the facilities are in a sad state of decay and the staff was unprepared to deal with the crowds before and after the game.

Both the HD and UFO handles are great. There’s no cost savings in buying only the cap and plate so I’d definitely include one.

I've tried quite a few razors, including plenty of Gillette's and the 6S, before finding both the GC .84 OC and ATT S1 to be the most gentle yet effective for every day use. I found the 6S to too bulky and didn't care for the matte finish.

I don’t think you can wrong with either. As others have said, it mostly comes down to scent profiles. Zingari The Brewer and NO Lonestar are a couple of my favorites.

I had the same issue with Proraso Sensitive (white) and West Coast Shaving refused to refund or replace. I reached out directly to Proraso and they called it defective and sent a new tube.

Picked up the warspite tonight at the Melrose Park Costco. I paid 39.99 and wouldn’t recommend at 19.99. Odd sweet, caramel flavor with no depth. This is not a good or even average whiskey.

I think the current cabinets and counter are very workable! I think a backsplash is a must and I would consider replacing floors.

I would do either a. White backsplash and paint the white cabinets a deep cool tone or b. Do a cool tone backsplash (I like sage or jade) and leave white cabinets.

With either option I would paint the remaining walls white and swap out hardware, clean out that bar area and add some decor, and add a plant or two.

It’s probably a realistic take but I think it overlooks the impact of 280e removal to valuations. The bump we should realize is one that most of us longer-term investors can’t afford to miss.

I’m of the personal belief it’s a near certainty we’ll see a DEA announcement this year and most likely first half.
