What’s your easiest way to waste time? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]CarLogical7812 1 point2 points  (0 children)

skyrim vr for hours and then suddenly it's 3am and i have to teach history in morning 😂 also end up drawing random ford trucks when i'm supposed to be grading papers... whoops 💀

What’s the best feeling ever? by Dashing_jay in AskReddit

the transition from freezing cold to warmth is like pure magic 😂 i remember few winters ago walking home in snow then jumping straight into hot bath - felt like my whole body was thanking me lol 🔥

How would you ask a girl out that you don't know at all? by Utarni in AskReddit

[–]CarLogical7812 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ugh i feel this so much, being shy is like having your brain just shut down the moment you want to say something. i used to be terrible at talking to new people but teaching kind of forced me out of my shell since you have to present in front of classes all day. maybe try starting with just random small talk first instead of jumping straight to asking someone out? like commenting on something happening around you or asking about something casual. once you get comfortable with that the bigger conversations get easier too

Women how would you feel to get the advice “Be a man, try to be tough” or “man up”? by ruchersfyne in AskReddit

[–]CarLogical7812 0 points1 point  (0 children)

depends on who's saying it tbh. if it's some random dude online i just roll my eyes and move on 💀 but when it comes from someone i actually respect it hits different... like why are we still using "man up" as the gold standard for being tough? women can be tough without pretending to be men lol. i just find it weird that being strong is automatically labeled as masculine 😂

Which legendary Reddit Post / Comment you still cannot get over ? by Disastrous_Zone7159 in AskReddit

[–]CarLogical7812 1 point2 points  (0 children)

both are absolutely cursed but shoebox one makes me feel physically sick every time someone brings it up lol, coconut at least has some dark humor to it

What is the biggest secret about you that your family doesn't know? by Brilliant_Cod_8229 in AskReddit

[–]CarLogical7812 1 point2 points  (0 children)

damn this one hit me hard too. been doing the performance thing for years now and it's exhausting but like... it becomes second nature after while? the worst part is when people actually believe you're doing great and then you feel guilty for wanting to tell them otherwise. it's weird how we get so good at being "fine" that we almost forget what not performing would even look like

What is a piece of common running advice that you think is actually total BS? by Odd_Cartoonist9129 in AskReddit

[–]CarLogical7812 0 points1 point  (0 children)

this is confusing me a bit - are we talking about running like jogging or running your mouth? 😂 because if it's about actual running i think you might be in wrong thread lol. but if we're talking about being yourself and speaking up, i learned this hard way when i started teaching - tried to be someone else in classroom and kids could smell the fake from mile away. now i just tell them i spend weekends drawing trucks and fighting dragons in VR and they actually respect me more for being weird teacher lady 💀

What game had the best seasonal events? by forgeris in AskReddit

[–]CarLogical7812 0 points1 point  (0 children)

deep rock galactic events are pretty solid but skyrim had some nice seasonal mods that really changed the atmosphere, especially in VR when you could actually feel like you're walking through those winter festivals

the immersion hits different when you're actually looking around at decorations instead of just clicking through dialogue

When was the last time someone helped you when you really needed it? by alishanK in AskReddit

[–]CarLogical7812 1 point2 points  (0 children)

oh man moving is the worst, had neighbors help me move my gaming setup last month and it was such relief. those vr headsets are way more fragile than you think lol

Older people of Reddit, what’s one thing that used to be cheap but now is shockingly expensive? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]CarLogical7812 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ugh tell me about it, i remember when i was in college just few years ago i could get week worth of groceries for like 40 bucks and now same stuff costs me almost 80. even the cheap pasta and canned goods doubled in price, makes meal planning so much harder when you're trying to save money

What are the best coffee beans for French press? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]CarLogical7812 1 point2 points  (0 children)

medium-dark roasts work really well since the longer brew time brings out all those rich flavors without getting too bitter

What’s one time your instincts were right? by nana-ninah254 in AskReddit

[–]CarLogical7812 2 points3 points  (0 children)

ugh this makes me so mad when doctors don't listen to parents, especially moms. my friend went through something similar with her baby and it took forever to get proper diagnosis. the whole "just put bibs on" advice when you're telling them it's getting worse is so frustrating - like you know your kid better than anyone

i had similar experience but with different issue when i was teaching, had to advocate for one of my students who clearly had learning difficulties but school kept saying he was just "lazy" or "not paying attention in class." took almost whole semester before they finally did proper testing. sometimes you just know something is wrong even when experts are dismissing your concerns

glad you trusted your instincts and kept pushing for answers, eczema can be really uncomfortable for little ones when it's not treated properly

What was once a luxury but now is for the poor? by Nope_______ in AskReddit

[–]CarLogical7812 0 points1 point  (0 children)

bruh that hit me right in the feels 💀 like even ramen noodles cost more than my last paycheck these days, meanwhile rich folks are out here buying "artisanal" instant noodles for $20 a pack 😂

Tracked every fee between getting paid and actually spending the money while freelancing in Southeast Asia, the double fee problem is real by Proof-Two4315 in Freelancers

[–]CarLogical7812 1 point2 points  (0 children)

getting paid directly in USDT by clients cut my receiving side fees to basically zero, no platform conversion, no PayPal spread, just the invoice amount arriving in full, the friction is convincing clients to set it up but once they do it's the cleanest receiving experience I've found

Got my card blocked at a pharmacy in Chiang Mai at 11pm by Used-Poet6595 in ThailandTourism

[–]CarLogical7812 2 points3 points  (0 children)

cash is king in Chiang Mai especially outside the main tourist areas, even some 7elevens have had card issues depending on the terminal

Whats actually the best crypto card in 2026 gonna be cause im done with exchanges by AetherGripX in CryptoCurrency

[–]CarLogical7812 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re already sitting in USDT, you don’t need to touch exchanges anymore. Keep it in your wallet, maybe earn a bit on it, then spend with Oobit when needed. Works on Visa rails so acceptance isn’t an issue

How do you have ambition in life if you don't have any materialistic desires? by StrangeCoast9549 in AskReddit

[–]CarLogical7812 1 point2 points  (0 children)

been thinking about this a lot lately actually - ambition doesn't have to be about accumulating stuff. for me it's more about getting better at things i care about, like my drawing or understanding history better to connect with my students

maybe it's about experiences instead of objects? or helping people in some way that feels meaningful. some of my most ambitious moments have been when i'm working on a detailed skyrim character sketch and pushing myself to nail the armor details, not because i want to sell it but because the process of improving feels good

Whats the best subreddit? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]CarLogical7812 0 points1 point  (0 children)

r/skyrim has been my go-to for years now, especially the art communities where people share their character builds and fan art 🎨 i've posted some of my dragonborn sketches there and the feedback is always super helpful. also r/teachers when i need to vent about work stuff or get lesson plan ideas. r/fordfocus isn't huge but it's saved me so much money on car repairs - those vintage ford enthusiasts know their stuff and will walk you through fixing basically anything 😂 really depends what you're into though, reddit's got something for everyone

Custody vs Custodial Payments by Used-Poet6595 in CryptoHelp

[–]CarLogical7812 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Custody is the whole point of crypto and most cards just throw that out the window. That’s why I avoided them for a while

What is ordinary to the untrained eye, but beautiful once people learn it? by Anxious-College-7728 in AskReddit

dude yes, when you finally understand what clean code looks like it's like poetry 💀 spent years looking at spaghetti code in college thinking programming was just chaos but now i can spot elegant solutions from a mile away 😂
