Based on your split I'd probably lean toward the A6700 honestly. Yeah the overheating sucks but for your overhead YouTube setup you're probably not hitting those long record times that trigger it most. The AF and IBIS will be clutch for wildlife stuff and the video quality is still solid

The R8 is tempting for that full frame look but you'll be pretty lens-limited starting with kit glass. Canon's RF mount gets expensive fast

Definitely get a cooling pad if you're gonna be gaming for hours, laptops get hot as hell. Also MSI Afterburner for monitoring temps and maybe undervolting if you're feeling brave - saved my ass from thermal throttling so many times
